"This is a review specifically directed at Mr. Allen. Any of the women that helped me over the phone (when someone would actually take the time to speak to me) were all helpful and kind when I was assisted. Too many unanswered questions, repeatedly ignored emails, phone messages never returned. My bill went up every month and any question I had on that never was answered by this office. I requested to have my agent changed over in April and Mr. Allen was to send my papers, have something signed (if I’m not mistaken) which never happened. As an independent contractor my income can fluctuate exponentially, I may pay my bills late - but I pay my bills. Texas also has some of the highest rates , with the worst drivers , so even if it’s difficult, I pay for full coverage because my car is a must for my line of work and it’s like I felt as if I was almost punished by this office for that. My insurance has never had to be cancelled, nor do I have an abundance of tickets or accidents . Thank god for the kind women that actually would give me the time of day in this office I wish I could remember their names but to them, I thank you. Otherwise I choose to give my business to where I’m not reprimanded for the fact that life can be difficult"
